Terms of service

These terms govern this website, private audit requests, and every engagement between a business and MiamiEliteReach.

Who provides the service

MiamiEliteReach is a service of Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India, whose details appear on each agreement and invoice. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@miamielitereach.online.

Eligible businesses

We work only with licensed, lawful businesses in Miami-Dade: nightlife venues, gentlemen's clubs, adult boutiques and sexual wellness shops. We do not provide any service for escort or companionship businesses, individual performers, or anything connected with commercial sex, and we will end an engagement immediately if we learn a client is involved in such activity.

What we do

Local search work: business profiles, website pages in English and Spanish, neighborhood and event pages, listings and reporting. We do not buy or write reviews, create fake locations, stuff business names with keywords, or give legal advice.

No promised rankings

Search engines decide rankings, and Google states that local positions cannot be bought. Our commitment is the work set out in your agreement; no particular position, number of calls or amount of traffic is part of it.

Fees

• Monthly fees are in US dollars, shown on the pricing page and fixed in your agreement.
• Flexible: month to month, ending when either side gives notice before the next month begins.
• Term: the reduced fee applies for the whole three, six or twelve month period chosen.
• There is no setup fee. Extra costs, such as a professional photo shoot, are quoted and approved first and passed on at cost.

Client commitments

• You hold every license your business requires, and will tell us if that changes.
• The information you give us, and approve for publication, is accurate.
• You will not ask us or anyone else to post, buy or reward reviews.
• Images you supply are yours to use and are not sexually explicit.

Confidentiality

Everything we learn about your business stays confidential, and we will not name you as a client without written agreement. Personal information is covered by our privacy policy.

Ownership

Pages and text we create for you belong to you once paid for. Our tools, templates and methods remain ours.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before it arose. We are not responsible for decisions made by search engines or platforms, or for lost profits. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it.

Ending an engagement

Either side may end an engagement on one month's written notice, or immediately for a serious breach, including any breach of the eligibility rules above.

Governing law

Indian law governs these terms and Indian courts have jurisdiction, unless your agreement specifies otherwise.
