Privacy policy

Effective

This policy explains what MiamiEliteReach learns about the business owners who contact or hire us, and about the members of the public whose public reviews and posts we read while doing that work.

Controller

MiamiEliteReach belongs to Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India, which decides how the information below is used. Send any privacy question to hello@miamielitereach.online, or use the private audit form.

Business owners and managers

  • Audit requests: your name, email, business type, business name and neighborhood, website and message.
  • Clients: agreements, invoices, approvals, and the access you grant to business profiles, given as a manager role rather than a password.
  • Licensing: we may ask for confirmation that the business holds the licenses its work requires. We keep only what is needed for that check.

Members of the public

To improve a client's listings we read public reviews, questions and posts about that business. We may note them in reports, without collecting anything further about the people who wrote them. We never look at private accounts or groups, and we never contact reviewers on a client's behalf.

Why we use it

To reply to audit requests, deliver the work a client has asked for, keep business and tax records, and protect this website. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising that tracks people from site to site.

Cookies

One temporary session cookie lets the audit form turn away forged submissions. That is the only cookie; nothing here tracks visits or serves adverts.

Recipients

Our hosting and email providers, platforms such as Google when we manage a client's profile, and public authorities where the law requires it. A client's name is never published without written consent.

Location of processing

Our team and some providers are outside the United States, so information may be handled abroad, including in India.

How long we keep it

  • Audit requests that do not become engagements: no longer than a year.
  • Client records, agreements and invoices: for the period contract and tax rules require.
  • Licensing confirmations: for the length of the engagement.

Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to a particular use. California's consumer privacy law gives residents rights to know, delete and correct, to limit how sensitive information is used, and to be free from retaliation for asking; Florida and other states have their own rules for certain data. Contact us and, after confirming who you are, we will respond within the time the law requires.

Changes to this policy

A meaningful change will come with a new effective date at the top. Client terms are in our terms of service; suites and prices are on the pricing page.
